Client Care Coordinator (Full Time)

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of a private provider of community health care in Toronto, including client intake, scheduling, interviewing and supervision of staff, and quality control.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have had experience in reception/customer service and/or Human Resources, and/or in a medical office. You will have excellent telephone skills; excellent attention to detail; interpersonal, communication, problem-solving ability, and be comfortable working independently in a computer-based environment. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset, as some travel within the GTA will be involved. Previous experience with a community agency is an asset but training will be provided.
