Our Care Philosophy

We know that finding someone to provide personal care for your loved ones is a very important decision for you. And sometimes, it’s the little things that count: a smile, a reassuring word at a difficult time, a caring touch.

When you call Homestead Care Providers, you’ll speak to one of our care consultants directly. Our consultant will ask about your health concerns, linguistic, cultural, and spiritual preferences so that we can assign just the right personal care provider for you.

We want to help you maintain your familiar routines - to provide assistance that is supportive without being invasive. Together we will determine the best personal care plan for YOU.

We encourage you to arrange for a FREE in-home consultation (or a consultation in the hospital prior to discharge). Meeting you and your loved ones personally is so important to us in order to understand and meet your needs.

We also work closely with discharge planners, social workers, occupational and physio therapists, rehabilitation services, insurance companies and health professionals in order to meet the needs of clients who can manage at home with personal assistance.

If you have any questions about our services, please don’t hesitate to visit our Frequently Asked Questions page or to contact us directly. We look forward to hearing from you!

“Where we love is home, home that our feet may leave, but not our hearts.”
